Scheduling Policy
At Refined Beauty, we value your time and commitment to your beauty appointments. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and to accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following scheduling policy:
Appointment Rescheduling or Cancellation:
To avoid forfeiture of your deposit, we kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be on our waiting list.
How to Reschedule or Cancel:
For assistance with rescheduling or canceling your appointment, please text us at 760-626-9455. We will be happy to assist you with any changes to your appointment.

Prior To Your Appointment
Please ensure your face is cleansed and free of makeup
Avoid consuming caffeine two hours before your appointment to maximize relaxation and avoid any contraindications
Please arrive promptly, as there is a 9-minute grace period; tardiness beyond this time will result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.
An additional guest is only permitted if they are also receiving a service, limited to one person, and no children are allowed.
